Animal Quarantine Office, Nepalgunj, Banke is one of the eight quarantine offices under the Department of Animal Services among the various departments of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development. This office is located near Ramlila Maidan, Nepalgunj Sub-Metropolitan City-13 under Banke District of Lumbini Province. According to the political division after the implementation of federalism in the country, Banke, Bardia and Dang districts under Lumwini province are the jurisdiction of this office, although Nepalgunj sub-metropolitan city is the biggest commercial center in Karnali province and Far West province.
